By opting in to the PEARPHARM SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from PearPharm LLC at the mobile telephone number you provide. Messages may include product and company updates; new product announcements; promotional offers and discounts; research-related company updates; order-related communications where applicable; and other PEARPHARM marketing or informational communications. Message frequency may vary.
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from PEARPHARM at the number provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the PEARPHARM SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and are authorized to provide the mobile number submitted.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received through the PEARPHARM SMS program. PEARPHARM is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless provider.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with PEARPHARM, current promotions, product or company announcements, and communication preferences. PEARPHARM does not guarantee any specific number of messages per month.
You may opt out of PEARPHARM marketing text messages at any time. Reply STOP to a PEARPHARM text message to unsubscribe. PEARPHARM will also honor other reasonable requests indicating that you no longer wish to receive marketing texts, as required by applicable law. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further marketing text messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent.

These may include order confirmations, payment notifications, shipping or delivery updates, account-security notifications, and customer-support communications. Where different consent requirements apply, PEARPHARM will treat marketing and transactional communications separately.
PEARPHARM products are offered strictly for controlled laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human or veterinary use. PEARPHARM SMS communications will not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, injection instructions, administration instructions, treatment recommendations, or patient-specific guidance.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Information may be provided to vendors that help PEARPHARM operate the messaging program, subject to applicable contractual and legal protections.
PEARPHARM may retain records associated with SMS consent, including mobile number, method of opt-in, date and time of consent, consent language displayed, applicable policy version, opt-out requests, and other records reasonably necessary to demonstrate communication preferences.
PEARPHARM may modify or discontinue its SMS program at any time. Material changes to these Mobile Messaging Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date or providing notice where required.
