Affiliate Program Terms & Compliance Guidelines

1. Program Eligibility
Participation in the PEARPHARM Affiliate Program is subject to application and approval. Affiliates must be at least 21 years old, provide accurate account information, comply with these Affiliate Terms and PEARPHARM brand/compliance guidelines, and use only approved promotional methods and materials. PEARPHARM may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, medical representatives, or authorized spokespersons of PEARPHARM. Affiliates may not make commitments, warranties, representations, or claims on behalf of PEARPHARM unless expressly authorized in writing.
3. Referral Links and Discount Codes
Approved affiliates may receive unique referral links, discount codes, approved promotional assets, and access to an affiliate dashboard. Referral tracking may depend on cookies, links, codes, or other tracking technologies. PEARPHARM does not guarantee attribution where tracking is unavailable, blocked, altered, or incomplete
4. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are earned only on eligible, completed orders successfully attributed to the affiliate. Commissions may be adjusted or reversed for canceled/refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, duplicate orders, prohibited self-referrals, policy violations, or otherwise ineligible orders.
5. Commission Rate
Commission rates may vary by affiliate, campaign, or promotional arrangement. The applicable rate will be shown in the affiliate dashboard or communicated directly to the affiliate. PEARPHARM may update commission structures prospectively.
6. Payouts
Approved commissions will be paid according to the payout schedule communicated by PEARPHARM. Affiliates may be required to meet a minimum payout threshold, provide payment information, provide tax documentation, and maintain an account in good standing.
7. Research-Use-Only Marketing
Affiliates must present PEARPHARM products strictly as research compounds intended for controlled laboratory research only. Affiliates may not describe or promote PEARPHARM products as intended for human use, veterinary use, ingestion, injection, treatment, diagnosis, weight loss, muscle growth, recovery, anti-aging, sexual enhancement, cosmetic use, disease prevention, or any other medical, therapeutic, or personal-use purpose.
8. Prohibited Claims
Affiliates may not publish dosing instructions, injection guidance, administration instructions, treatment protocols, stacks or cycles, before-and-after images, personal-use testimonials implying health outcomes, disease claims, therapeutic claims, guaranteed results, unsupported purity claims, or statements suggesting PEARPHARM products are approved for human or veterinary use.
9. Approved Marketing Materials
Affiliates should use PEARPHARM-approved logos, graphics, product images, descriptions, disclosures, research-use statements, and campaign materials. Affiliates may not materially alter approved materials in a way that changes their meaning or creates an unapproved claim.
10. Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with PEARPHARM when promoting products. Examples include: “Affiliate link — I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.” or “Paid partnership with PEARPHARM.” The disclosure should be clear and placed close to the affiliate link, recommendation, or promotional content.
11. Social Media
Affiliates promoting PEARPHARM through social media must comply with PEARPHARM policies, applicable platform rules, advertising disclosure requirements, and applicable law. Affiliates may not use social media content to provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or personal-use recommendations.
12. Paid Advertising
Affiliates may not bid on or purchase advertising using PEARPHARM, PEAR PHARM, PearPharm LLC, PEARPHARM trademarks, PEARPHARM domains, or confusingly similar brand terms without prior written approval. Affiliates also may not create websites, domains, social handles, or advertisements that falsely appear to be operated directly by PEARPHARM.
13. Coupon and Promotion Rules
Affiliates may use only active codes issued or approved by PEARPHARM. Affiliates may not create unauthorized coupon codes, advertise expired promotions as active, misrepresent pricing, publish private/restricted offers without permission, or distribute codes through deceptive coupon sites.
14. Self-Referrals
Unless specifically approved, affiliates may not use their own referral link or discount code to generate commission on their own purchases. PEARPHARM may reverse commissions associated with prohibited self-referrals.
15. Spam and Unsolicited Marketing
Affiliates may not promote PEARPHARM through unsolicited bulk email, misleading messages, automated spam, deceptive direct messages, or other abusive marketing practices.
16. Brand Protection
Affiliates may not impersonate PEARPHARM, register PEARPHARM trademarks or confusingly similar domains, copy the PEARPHARM website, alter the PEARPHARM logo without approval, or represent themselves as PEARPHARM customer service.
17. Monitoring
PEARPHARM may review affiliate content and marketing activity to verify compliance. Affiliates agree to remove or modify content upon reasonable request. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
18. Suspension and Termination
PEARPHARM may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for prohibited claims, human-use promotion, misleading advertising, fraudulent referrals, chargeback abuse, brand misuse, violation of these Terms, or conduct that could create legal, regulatory, payment-processing, or reputational risk. Unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be canceled where permitted.
19. Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from affiliate payments. PEARPHARM may request tax documentation before issuing payouts.
20. Changes to the Program
PEARPHARM may modify commission rates, payout schedules, program features, eligibility requirements, or these Affiliate Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively where appropriate.
21. Research Use Notice
All PEARPHARM products are intended solely for controlled laboratory research purposes and are not for human or veterinary use. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not authorize affiliates to make claims beyond PEARPHARM approved research-use positioning.
